I stood on the corner of the four way intersection, staring out at the cars as they passed by. People marched passed me, ignoring me, or perhaps they couldn't see me. Either way, if they were ignoring me then they weren't who I was looking for and if they couldn't see me then they weren't even worth a second glance. The day passed by, melding to night, I could not see the sunset though I wished I could, I would have to make do with the orange light that bounced off the bright windows. The street lights came on one by one. Cars continued to pass by, but at a slower rate, and the foot traffic slowed drastically.
